Giorgio was the Swiss entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 1958. It was the fourth Swiss song to the Eurovision Song Contest, and it the fourth consecutively performed by Lys Assia, including her second song "Refrain" in 1956.
It was performed last on the night following Austria. At the close of voting, it finished in 2nd place with 24 points.

- This song is the first bilingual song to the Contest.
