Gianluca Bezzina is a Maltese doctor and part-time singer. He was the third of seven siblings born into a musical family and has been practicing medicine since 2012.
He represented Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmo with the song Tomorrow, initially entering the Maltese national selection for fun and was surprised to have won the final. His charming performance in Malmo won over the voters, finishing in 8th place in the grand final and winning the jury vote in the second semi-final.
He co-hosted the 2014 Maltese final alongside 2002 representative Ira Losco which saw family band Firelight crowned as his successors. He then entered the 2015 Maltese selection with his siblings as the group L-Aħwa, qualifying for the national final but finished second-last behind eventual winner Amber Bondin.
