Frederik Ndoci is an Albanian singer, songwriter, poet, writer and actor. Following a brief career in the latter, he turned his attention to music where he became a popular figure in Italy through his work with Pagina d'Album and the releases of his studio albums "Canta Frederik" and "Sono Gitano", the latter becoming a best seller in the country.
After further performances throughout Europe, he went to the US where he recorded his third studio album "Frederik and Friends", which was his first English-language release.
In 2006 he was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal performance and the following year he was chosen to represent his home country at Eurovision in Helsinki, but failed to qualify from the semi finals.
In 2011 he wrote a poetry book called I Lindur dhe Plak i Divorcuar thus starting a potential career as a writer and poet.
