Claude Vangansbeck, known professionally as Franck Olivier, was a Belgian singer. He tried to represent Belgium twice but failed both times. He had some success representing Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest 1985in Gothenburg as part of a supergroup with the song Children, Kinder, Enfants. At the close of voting, it came 13th place with 37 points.
He passed away on the 8th of November, 2021 at the age of 71.
