François Deguelt (born Louis Deghelt) was a French cabaret singer who twice represented Monaco in the Contest: in 1960 with the song "Ce soir-là" and in 1962 with the song "Dis rien".
His third and second-place finishes make him one of five acts in Eurovision history (alongside Cliff Richard, Katja Ebstein, Chiara Siracusa and Željko Joksimović) to have finished in those positions without having won.
He died in 22 January 2014 at the age of 81.
