Firefly was the Cypriot entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow performed by Christina Mextaxa. Metaxa's brother wrote the song.
It was performed 7th in the second semi-final following Norway and preceding Slovakia. At the close of voting, it finished in 14th place with 32 points, failing to qualify for the final.
