Fausto Leali is an Italian singer. He started his career in 1960, releasing his first single a year later. He released 12 studio albums and over 50 singles between 1961 and 2016.

He participated in the Sanremo Festival in consecutive years between 1987 and 1989, placing in the top 5 each time including a victory on his third appearance in 1989 with the song "Ti lascerò".

He was chosen to represent Italy with Anna Oxa at the Eurovision Song Contest 1989 in Lausanne with the song Avrei Voluto. They finished in 9th place with 56 points.
