Eric Khaled Saade is a Swedish pop singer. He was a founding member of "What's Up!", a Swedish boy band which included Robin Stjernberg (who would represent the country on home soil at the 2013 contest), "Ludde" Keijser and Johan Yngvesson but left to pursue a solo career in 2009.
Prior to his participation in 2011, he was the spokesperson for Sweden in the 2010 contest.
He is a four-time participant of Melodifestivalen, winning in 2011 and finishing in 3rd place in the Eurovision final in Düsseldorf.
At the 2013 Contest in Malmö he hosted the green room.
To date he has released four studio albums, one live album and thirteen singles.
On 26 October 2018, he was named as one of the four presenters of Melodifestivalen 2019.
He participated in Melodifestivalen 2021 with the song "Every Minute", finishing in 2nd place behind eventual winner Tusse.
