Elena Patroklou is a Cypriot singer.

She began her musical career studying guitar and piano when she was just ten years old. She completed her musical studies in Vienna and Cyprus and received her music diploma in 1989.

Elena represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 in Rome with the song SOS, a plea towards helping the environment. It placed ninth with 60 points.

She also featured as the backing vocalist for the studio version of Ela Ela (Come Baby), the Cypriot entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2005. However, due to personal issues, she didn't get to perform in Kyiv; Elina Konstantopoulou took her place instead.
