Electric Fields is an Australian electro-pop duo made up of Zaachariaha Fielding and Michael Ross. Both had participated in talent competitions prior to joining forces in 2015 - Fielding auditioned for the 3rd season of The X Factor Australia and reached the final in the third season of The Voice as part of the duo ZK in 2014, while Ross auditioned for the 5th season of The X Factor (won by 2016 Australian representative Dami Im) where he was eliminated at Judges' Houses. They released their debut EP "Inma" in 2016.
The duo made a prior attempt to represent their country in 2019 with the song "2000 and Whatever", which became a fan favorite. They finished runner-up to Kate Miller-Heidke, and were later chosen to present the Australian jury results during the 2019 contest in Tel Aviv.
On 5 March 2024 (6 March in Australia), SBS announced that they would represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmo with the song One Milkali (One Blood). They finished in 11th place in the first semifinal.
