Dimitra Papadea, better known professionally as Demy, is a Greek singer. She made her professional debut in 2011 and since then has become a major star in her homeland, winning the MAD Video Award in 2012 for Best New Artist. Despite her growing popularity, she is also studying law at the same time.
Her musical influences include pop, R&B and dance.
On 13 January 2017, it was confirmed by broadcaster ERT that she would represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev performing the song This Is Love, finishing in 19th place in the final.
