Joanna Deborah Bussinger, known professionally by her stage name Debrah Scarlett, is a Norwegian-Swiss singer. She teamed up with Kjetil Mørland to represent Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song A Monster Like Me, which finished in 8th place.

Bussinger was born in Hakadal, Norway, but raised in Switzerland since she was five years old. She was a participant on The Voice of Norway in 2013.
