Dario Campeotto

Dario Campeotto was an Italian-Danish singer. He was chosen to represent Denmark in the Eurovision Song Contest 1961 with the song Angelique. He came 5th place with 12 points.

He made even more attempts to represent Denmark in 1962, 1963, 1964, 1966 and 1987, but all of his attempts failed.

He passed away on the 1st of April 2023 at the age of 84.
