Dafna Dekel is an Israeli singer, actress and TV personality. She was discovered in the mid-1980s while doing her National Service in the Nahal entertainment troupe. After her release, she was cast in the musical Salah Shabati in honor of Israel's 40th anniversary.
She represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 1992 in Malmo with the song Ze Rak Sport. The song finished in 6th place.
Dafna later presented the Eurovision Song Contest 1999 in Jerusalem alongside TV presenter Yigal Ravid and model Sigal Shachmon, part of the first trio of presenters in the contest's history.
