Cesár Sampson is an Austrian singer, songwriter and music producer. He has toured extensively as the lead singer of many of Austria's best-known alternative music acts such as Kruder & Dorfmeister, Sofa Surfers and Louie Austen.
A member of the Symphonix International collective, he helped Bulgaria achieve its best results at Eurovision in 2016 and 2017 and performed as a backing singer for both Poli Genova's and Kristian Kostov's performances.
On 5 December 2017, ORF announced that he would represent Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon with the song Nobody But You. He finished in 3rd place in the final.
He was confirmed as one of the hosts of the 2026 Austrian national final together with 2015 co-presenter Alice Tumler. He also co-hosted the 2026 semifinal allocation draw alongside Alexandra Maritza Wachter.
