Camillo Jean Nicolas Felgen was a Luxembourgish singer, lyricist, disc jockey, and television presenter.
He participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 1960 with the song So laang we's du do bast, making him the first Luxembourgish representative to actually be from Luxembourg. Until 1992, his song was the only one in the contest to be sung in the Luxembourgish language. This however was not appreciated by the juries, who only gave it one point. Placing it in dead last out of a pool of 13 songs.
Two years later, Felgen returned to the Eurovision Song Contest 1962 with the song Petit bonhomme. This song was recieved much better than his previous entry, and he managed to get 11 points; placing him in 3rd.
After Eurovision, Felgen was the host and commentator for the German broadcasts of the European Game Show, "Jeux sans frontières" from 1965 to 1973.
Felgen died in Esch-sur-Alzette on 16 July 2005.
