Céline Carzo is a French singer. She was chosen to represent Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 in Zagreb with the song Quand je te rêve, which was heard and suggested by brother of famous singer Dalida, which was Orlando. At the close of voting, she came 13th place with 38 points.
