Bitaqat Hob, often also known/transliterated as Bitakat Hob, Bitaqat Hub or Bitakat Hub was the Moroccan entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1980 in The Hague performed by Samira Bensaïd. It is the only Moroccan entry to date, and the first and, at present, only one to be performed wholly in the Arabic language.
The song is about peace, and a vision of a war-free and hatred-free society. On the night it was performed 5th following Luxembourg and preceding Italy. At the close of voting, it finished in 18th place with 7 points, all of which came from the Italian jury.
