Benjamin Dolic is a Slovenian singer. He reached the semifinals of the first season of Slovenija ima talent at the age of 12.
He was part of the group D Base through his high school years, in 2016 they participated in the Slovenian national selection for Eurovision with the song "Spet živ" but did not advance to the superfinal.
In 2018, he auditioned for the 8th series of The Voice of Germany joining Team Yvonne. He finished as runner-up to winner Samuel Rösch.
On 27 February 2020, ARD/NDR announced that he would be representing Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam with the song Violent Thing. After the contest's cancellation, it was later announced that Ben would not be internally selected for 2021 and he would have to enter the selection process from scratch. On 16 November, Dolic announced that he withdrew from the selection
