Aud Saskia Wilken, simply known professionally as Aud Wilken, is a Danish singer.
Born to a Danish father and a German mother, they lived in East Germany until 1974, when they moved to Denmark. She featured on The Overlords' 1988 album Midnight at the Grooveyard, as well as The Poets' 1990 self-titled album.
Aud narrowly won Denmark's national final in 1995 with Fra Mols til Skagen, allowing her to represent the country that year at the Eurovision Song Contest 1995 in Dublin. Despite the tepid reception amongst the Danish public when it was first chosen, it ended up placing fifth in the competition - the only time Denmark would do so in the 1990s.
Four years later, she released one album, Diamond in the Rough. She tried to represent Denmark again in 2007 with Husker du (Do you remember?); however, that failed to make it out of the semi-finals. Afterwards, she moved to the United States, where she writes and composes songs.
