Arne Bendiksen was a Norweigian singer. He was chosen to represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 1964 in Copenhagen with the song Spiral. At the close of voting, he came 8th place with 6 points.

He was also the conductor and song-writer of the Norweigian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1971 in Dublin, which was Lykken er performed by Hanne Krogh.

He died on the 26th of March 2009 at the age of 82, he died from heart failure.
