All Out of Luck was the Icelandic entry at the 1999 Contest. It was performed by Selma Björnsdóttir on her first of two entries for the country.
It was performed 13th, following Poland and preceding Cyprus. At the close of voting, it placed 2nd with 146 points, with 17 points behind Take Me To Your Heaven of Sweden.
Due to this good result making up for past scores in the 1990s, Iceland was allowed to take part in the 2000 Contest.
