Adrenalina (translation: "Adrenaline") was the Sammarinese entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam performed by Senhit featuring American rapper Flo Rida.
It qualified from the second semifinal in 9th place. In the final, it was performed last following Sweden. At the close of voting, it finished in 22nd place with 50 points, giving San Marino their second-best result.

- During the rehearsals, Italian rapper Don Jiggy delivered the rap section in place of Flo Rida, who was busy judging a swimwear contest in Miami.
- The Polish jury awarded the song 12 points in the final, becoming the first Sanmarinese act to earn their country twelve points.
- The song had more writers than any other song in the 2021 contest with 10, the majority of them being Swedish.
