There isn't a bracket, rather songs get eliminated in the semi and a large number of songs (usually 26 or 25) get placement in the final. You can watch the national finals or past contests

All songs are placed into two semis; the top 10 in each semi, France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the host country go to the finale.

You can also watch national finales, all though not all countries have them.

If you need help finding non-geoblocked versions, previous year's semis and finale are available of yt with a vpn. The Swedish and German broadcasters have 2024's contest for free, but you will have to deal with the swedish and german commentary.
